Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to manage and oversee various financial operations within our organization. The successful candidate will handle financial record-keeping, reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and prepare accurate financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements as well as accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for review.
- Adhere to tax regulations and assist in filing returns such as GST and TDS where applicable.
- Provide support in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial precision.
- Liaise with external auditors during the financial audit processes.
- Track cash flow and monitor all financial transactions closely.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all financial dealings.
