Role Overview

We are seeking a 3rd Key Holder for our Saint John location. This full-time, permanent position involves supporting store management and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Deliver and facilitate in-house staff training.
• Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Contribute to effective product merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with the management team as a vital team member.
• Take part actively in overall store functions including opening and closing duties.
• Support onboarding of new hires and maintain adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory according to prescribed procedures.
• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and build strong employee and customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales or team management.
• Minimum of 1 year preferred in retail sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• High school diploma is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts including day, evening, and weekend rotations.
