About the Role
Geberit is a global industrial company that values innovation, modern technology, and a collaborative work environment. Join their IT Service Center team based in Pfullendorf to be part of a dynamic IT support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support by receiving incident reports and service requests through phone, email, or ticket system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems remotely or directly at employee workstations, and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in the efficient utilization of applications for daily tasks.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and actively contribute to ongoing process and environment enhancements.
- Lead small-scale projects related to the Service Desk, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and passion for providing outstanding customer support.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
