Key Responsibilities

View selected films and scenes emphasizing narratives centered on women.
Provide live verbal reactions and feedback during content viewing sessions.
Evaluate authenticity, empowerment, and emotional connection portrayed on screen.
Analyze chemistry, consent depiction, and overall production standards.
Identify and report male-gaze tropes or inauthentic portrayals.
Recommend inspiring scenes or styles relevant for original projects.
Contribute insights during brief team discussions.
Approach tasks with professionalism and critical analysis.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all internal materials.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be available for this remote internship.
Ability to begin between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
Commitment to a 2-month duration.
Possess pertinent skills and a genuine interest in feminist film critique.
Women interested in initiating or returning to their careers are especially encouraged.
Must be comfortable discussing and analyzing Western media content.
Require access to a quiet, private space during live sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend ranging from ₹45,000 to ₹65,000, including fixed pay (₹40,000 to ₹60,000) plus incentives (₹5,000).
Earn a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
