About the Internship
This internship opportunity at Flickstree involves actively supporting affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple regions including the US, India, and the UK. The selected interns will engage in comprehensive research to identify and connect with various publishing partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, user acquisition, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an in-depth study of potential publishers for affiliate marketing collaborations in target markets such as the US, India, and the UK.
- Initiate contact and build relationships with publishers via platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Discord, and other forums.
- Assist in onboarding publishers identified through your efforts and provide ongoing support.
- Manage daily communication with onboarded publishers, presenting new offers and collecting feedback or requests.
- Track publisher performance metrics regularly and deliver constructive feedback to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Internship start date must fall between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
- Availability for a continuous six-month period is required.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Mumbai with relevant skills and interests in marketing.
- Applicants are encouraged, including women aiming to start or restart their careers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools.
- Access to a personal laptop or desktop for work.
- Willingness to work during US time zone hours (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5000 to 7000.
- Work schedule includes five working days per week with flexible hours.
