About the Internship
Elements, a Mumbai-based design firm specializing in commercial, educational, medical, and hospitality interiors, is expanding its team. We are inviting motivated individuals passionate about interior design to join as Site Engineer and Interior Design interns. This hands-on internship offers direct collaboration with our experienced design team across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD for developing detailed floor plans and design layouts.
- Manage and organize project information efficiently using MS Excel.
- Prepare presentations for client meetings and design proposals.
- Work collaboratively to showcase project data through Claude.
- Support social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and project promotion.
- Participate in site visits and meetings to verify project execution aligns with design plans, gaining practical field experience.
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth progress of projects.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Availability for part-time internship starting between 22nd July 2026 and 26th August 2026, for a 6-month duration.
- Residency in Mumbai mandatory.
- Possess relevant skill set and genuine interest in interior design.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 9,000 to 17,000 comprising a fixed pay of INR 7,000 to 12,000 and incentive pay between INR 2,000 and 5,000.
- On successful completion and conversion to a full-time role, an annual salary of INR 200,000 to 250,000 is offered.
- Additional perks include a certificate of internship, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, informal dress code, and possibility of job offer.
