About the internship
This work-from-home internship is for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant who can help create, refine, publish, and monetize learning content in finance, AI, automation, and professional education. The work spans screen-recorded training videos, written study materials, online course publishing, and digital content operations.
The role suits someone who is comfortable handling educational media, video-editing software, online course platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools. A curious, methodical, and self-managed approach is important, as the intern will help take content from raw recordings to polished learning assets ready for publication.

EHotel Management School focuses on delivering relevant, high-quality hotel management education to both newcomers and working professionals who want to move ahead in their careers. The organization is also building a learning application for the hospitality sector to help students understand concepts through engaging content. Interns are needed to support content creation, design, and development for this learning product.
Core responsibilities
Video editing and post-production
- Refine raw screen-recorded training videos into clean, learner-friendly content.
- Add subtitles, captions, and simple visual improvements where needed.
- Remove long pauses, mistakes, repeated parts, and other unnecessary sections.
- Emphasize important moments that improve learner engagement.
- Apply basic enhancements such as transitions, zoom effects, callouts, annotations, and overlays when required.
- Check that both sound and visuals are suitable for online learning use.
- Export final video files in the correct formats for upload.
Course publishing and platform management
- Upload video lessons, course descriptions, titles, thumbnails, and related materials to learning platforms such as Udemy and similar services.
- Arrange course content into sections, modules, and lessons in a logical structure.
- Format course descriptions and learning outcomes clearly and consistently.
- Support course launch activities and release coordination.
- Track platform guidelines, course structure, pricing choices, and promotional tools.
- Assist with course updates, revisions, and ongoing improvements.
- Support monetization through platform optimization, coupons, promotions, and basic analytics monitoring.
Content localization and repurposing
- Help adapt videos and written materials into other languages when needed.
- Create guides, handouts, summaries, worksheets, and companion learning resources from video content.
- Turn course material into blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, short scripts, and learning notes.
- Prepare well-structured resources for online distribution.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across content formats.
Research, coordination, and administrative support
- Research course topics, keywords, competitor offerings, and learner interest.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing trackers.
- Organize scripts, recordings, thumbnails, files, and other course assets.
- Coordinate with freelancers, designers, editors, and platform support teams as needed.
- Track the status of multiple content projects at once.
- Prepare basic reports covering course performance, publishing progress, and pending tasks.

Requirements
- Basic skills in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Camtasia, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or similar software.
- Comfort working with screen-share training content and educational material.
- Strong written English and the ability to prepare clear learning resources.
- Familiarity with online course platforms such as Udemy, Skillshare, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar services.
- Ability to use AI tools for transcription, captioning, summarization, translation, and content repurposing.
- Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow structured instructions.
- Good file organization and document management habits.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Stipend and conversion details
The stipend is ₹10,000 to ₹17,000 per month. The stipend structure includes a fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. If converted to a permanent employee, the expected salary is ₹250,000 to ₹300,000 per year.
