Overview
This internship offers you a chance to contribute actively to content creation and social media marketing for a dynamic media company based in Mumbai. You will be involved in conceptualizing and producing engaging short-form video content and managing social media trends to enhance client branding. The role demands creativity, confidence on camera, and a passion for digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and script original reels, hooks, interview questions, and content ideas tailored to various brands.
- Conduct thorough research on trending topics and adapt them uniquely for client requirements.
- Plan and participate in on-location content shoots throughout Mumbai.
- Perform public interviews, vox-pop videos, and interact spontaneously with people confidently.
- Assist camera-shy clients such as doctors and founders to appear comfortable during shoots.
- Capture reels, B-roll footage, photographs, thumbnails, and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Apply knowledge of framing, lighting, audio, and mobile videography to ensure quality recordings.
- Edit short-form videos focusing on engaging pacing, inserting captions, transitions, and creating effective hooks.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars including reels, static posts, carousels, and stories.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and account management teams for cohesive content delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics to recommend improvements and replicate successful strategies.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 10 and September 14, 2026.
- Internship duration is fixed at 4 months.
- Applicants should reside in Mumbai, preferably with proximity to Andheri to ensure manageable commuting.
- Candidates must have demonstrated skills and interest in social media marketing, content writing, video editing, effective communication, and graphic design.
- The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident on camera, comfortable initiating conversations with strangers for public content, and passionate about content creation beyond scheduling posts.
- A portfolio and a brief introductory video are compulsory to apply.

Additional Details
- This position is onsite and not fully remote.
- Working days are five per week with a casual dress code.
- The stipend includes a fixed component ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 INR per month and incentives between 1,000 to 2,500 INR monthly, totaling a monthly range of 9,000 to 14,500 INR.
