About the Internship
This internship involves multifaceted responsibilities in human resources and operational support. The intern will oversee job portal management, assist recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, and help with employee onboarding and induction processes. Maintaining attendance records, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies are key duties. The role also includes preparing and monitoring MIS reports, dashboards, and various business reports.
Additional tasks involve supporting the CRM ecosystem’s onboarding and management, conducting extensive data research, maintaining databases, and performing data analysis. Administrative support, content creation, calendar management, and coordinating with internal and external partners for timely follow-ups are also required. The intern will assist procurement functions and take on other operational tasks as assigned.

Additional Details
- Stipend range: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month
- Successful interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and may be offered a job upon completion
- Post-internship, confirmed employment can offer a salary between ₹240,000 and ₹300,000 annually
