About the Internship
Join Edu Tantr as a Business Development intern focusing on sales, where you'll immerse yourself in a vibrant, fast-moving educational startup environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales and business growth activities tailored specifically towards the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers using cold calling and targeted email outreach.
- Assist the sales team in nurturing and sustaining client relationships.
- Conduct detailed market analyses to pinpoint emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Create sales presentations and reports, leveraging MS-Excel for tracking and interpreting sales data.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to devise and enact effective sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to boost your selling skills and deepen industry insight.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with both clients and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months.
- Internship commencement between June 30, 2026 and August 4, 2026.
- Possess skills and enthusiasm aligned with sales, lead generation, client management, and negotiation.
- Comfortable with spoken English communication and proficient in MS-Excel.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹21,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 and incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000.
- Certification upon completion and the benefit of a relaxed dress code.
