About the Internship

As a Business Automation Intern at Growreal Investment Services LLP, you will support the enhancement of CRM systems, streamline workflows, and optimize business applications. Your role involves automating routine manual tasks, integrating various platforms using APIs and webhooks, and working with data processes including imports, exports, and validation. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to translate business needs into effective technological solutions while exploring and evaluating new automation tools. Documenting system configurations and maintaining process records are also key duties. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, automation software, and CRM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of CRM modules, workflows, and business processes.
• Assist in creating and refining automation solutions tailored to business needs.
• Work hands-on with CRM systems, automation and low-code/no-code platforms, and business applications.
• Automate repetitive processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Handle API integrations, webhooks, and inter-system connectivity.
• Manage data operations such as spreadsheet handling, import/export, and validation.
• Test and debug workflows and automation scripts to ensure smooth operations.
• Research emerging tools and technologies to advance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and workflows.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and progressively take ownership of specific modules.
• Stay adaptive by learning new software and tools as organizational needs evolve.

Requirements

• Preferred candidates have 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with practical projects or hands-on exposure are welcome.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, other CRM platforms, automation tools, APIs, or scripting is advantageous.
• Experience independently developing or contributing to automation, workflow, CRM, or integration projects is valued.
