  An AI-powered disaster command center built for Decode SIH 2026 (BHARAT SHAKTI, PS3 — Disaster Response Intelligence Platform). Three roles: Citizen logs in → sends an SOS with people-count + voice/photo/video → platform pins their live location → alert routes to the nearest rescuer. Rescuer sees incoming SOS signals sorted by distance → one-tap "take control" → relays exactly what's needed back to HQ (people rescued, medkits, foodkits, transports). HQ command center has a live all-India rainfall map (green/orange/red from Open-Meteo), AI risk engine, live SOS board + field resource-request queue with fulfill action, and automated multilingual alerts triggered by rainfall thresholds.

After a single init call, it runs for 48 hours with no human in the loop — discovering AI/tech stories from Hacker News, Lobsters, Google News RSS, and The Hacker News; judging each against an editorial charter (domain fit, credibility, recency, hype penalty); deduping via URL + title-similarity memory; writing concise analyst briefs ("what happened / why it matters / what to watch") with rationale and sources; and publishing them on a pre-built schedule triggered purely by feed reads — no cron, no external calls.
