Zoho Administrator

Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned Zoho Administrator to take full ownership of our Zoho environment. This is a hands-on role focused on configuring, improving, and maintaining the platform so it supports business operations reliably, securely, and without unnecessary complexity.

What the role involves

You will be expected to understand how the business works, shape Zoho around those workflows, automate routine processes, and keep the system organized and dependable. The position goes beyond simple setup and requires someone who can manage the ecosystem proactively.

Expectations

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the Zoho stack rather than only reacting to issues.
• Maintain simple, tidy configurations and avoid workaround-driven setups.
• Challenge requests constructively when they do not fit the business logic.
• Communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience and core qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical experience working as a Zoho Administrator.
• Deep working knowledge of Zoho CRM.
• Comfortable using Deluge scripting.
• Experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics.
• Solid understanding of business workflows, sales pipelines, and automation design.
• Hands-on exposure to REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability.
• Ability to convert business needs into effective Zoho-based solutions.

Good to have

• Zoho certifications such as CRM, Creator, or Analytics.
• Experience handling multi-organization or multi-tenant Zoho environments.
• Basic familiarity with accounting workflows, especially Zoho Books.
• Prior support experience for teams of 50 or more users.
• Background in agile teams or startup settings.

Location

This is an onsite position based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
