Job Overview
- Oversee daily front office operations to guarantee seamless guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the front desk team to uphold exceptional service quality.
- Address guest inquiries, respond to concerns, and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Track room availability and assist with booking reservations when required.
- Provide training for new hires and encourage continuous employee development.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in front office roles, ideally within a supervisory or management position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage guest interactions confidently and empathetically.
- Familiarity with Opera property management system.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
