About the Role

Joining the communal cleaning team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hygiene and upkeep of shared living spaces within the Abri geographical area, which includes market rent, shared ownership, and independent living communities. The team is also responsible for communal window cleaning, as well as collecting bulk waste, hazardous materials, and fly-tipped items from estates and communal locations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Waste Collection Operative based in Bracknell and covering the South East regions flexibly, your main responsibility will be to manage the collection and safe transportation of bulk waste items to designated storage facilities. You will also handle litter and recyclable waste collection from residents’ communal areas, ensuring the operations are organized, timely, and compliant with Abri’s Health & Safety standards. Customer satisfaction and service quality are central to your role, which requires a professional and customer-oriented approach.
