About the Role

Orient Medical Solutions seeks a diligent and dependable Warehouse Keeper to join their team based in Al Sulay, Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing medical supply inventory within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments by checking quantities, item codes, batch and lot numbers, expiry dates, and item conditions against purchase and delivery records.
  • Store products appropriately, adhering to their specific storage and temperature requirements.
  • Utilize first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) and first-in-first-out (FIFO) methods when issuing stock.
  • Prepare, select, pack, and deliver customer orders with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits periodically.
  • Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, short-dated stock, and shortages.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and generate reports on short-expiry and slow-moving items.
  • Ensure batch and lot traceability for all medical products.
  • Track and record warehouse and refrigerated storage temperatures as required.
  • Organize warehouse spaces, including shelves, pallets, and product labeling.

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
  • Preferably experienced with medical supplies, pharmaceutical products, healthcare, or similarly regulated goods.
  • Well-versed in inventory management principles such as FIFO, FEFO, batch control, expiry tracking, and cycle counting.
  • Proficient in ERP or warehouse management software, alongside solid Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Capable of accurately interpreting item codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and shipment documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks including lifting cartons and standing for long durations.
  • Effective communication skills in Arabic; English language skills are a plus.
  • Available to work full-time on site at the Al Sulay warehouse location.
