Role Overview
The Warehouse Executive will manage day-to-day warehouse activity, coordinate labour resources, and ensure smooth handling of inbound, outbound, and inventory-related work. The role requires active shift oversight, quick response to operational issues, and regular updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate work to labourers and oversee their daily tasks.
- Track inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
- Observe labour productivity and make sure assigned work is finished within the expected time.
- Act promptly and sensibly when shift-time emergencies, interruptions, or other unexpected issues arise.
- Keep the shift manager and senior leadership informed about daily operational progress.
Required Profile
- A graduate or postgraduate background is preferred.
- Strong time management and organisation skills are needed.
- Comfort with basic computer applications such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a single day.
- Basic computer familiarity is expected.
- Knowledge of the local language is required.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly stipend or salary in the range of INR 22,000 to INR 32,000.
