Job Overview
As a Warehouse Assistant at Weavve, you will contribute to building a streamlined and adaptable operations process. You will work with a diverse supply chain team, including full-timers, part-timers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing from e-commerce and offline partners.
- Coordinate with the pick and pack team for timely delivery of orders.
- Assist the Operations Assistant by handling customer inquiries and feedback.
- Perform periodic stock-taking and manage inventory.
- Support administrative duties within the Operations department.
- Carry out general office tasks and any other duties assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least one year of experience in warehouse operations, understanding end-to-end processes.
- Physically fit to lift items up to 10kg.
- Exhibit proactive behavior with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and enjoy organizing tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate cross-border operations and time-sensitive campaigns.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Comfortable appearing in company social media content if required.
- Familiarity with demand planning, supplier management, cross-border logistics, and customer service is advantageous.
Working Hours and Compensation
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
Monthly base salary ranges from $2,300 to $2,500, with additional incentives from $100 to $200 per month.
