About the Role

The Visa Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing visa service workflows within the organization. This executive position is responsible for steering the strategic roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial aspects, and fostering excellent customer and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategic initiatives to advance visa processing services aligned with regulatory demands and organizational objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of visa application centers handling offline, online, and electronic visa applications, maintaining efficiency and timely processing.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with applicable legal standards and policies while mitigating risks, including safeguarding sensitive data.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and resolve client issues effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to uphold best practices and maintain high performance standards.
• Coordinate and maintain strong partnerships with government bodies, embassies, and consulates.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and cost optimization to sustain profitable visa processing operations.
• Integrate and supervise technological solutions aimed at accelerating processing speed and accuracy, keeping abreast of industry innovations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to uphold service quality and identify improvement opportunities.

Additional Information

Monthly salary range is INR 20,000 to INR 26,000.
