Job Overview
Join Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited as a Virtual Relationship Manager based in Thane West. This full-time position falls under the Sales and Customer Relationship department and offers an opportunity to work on Kotak Bank's payroll.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Engage clients through persuasive telecalling with a customer-centered approach.
- Utilize strong numerical and calculation skills in managing customer relationships.
- Establish professional and confident communications primarily in English.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants should be graduates from any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Banking Sales or BPO Telecalling is mandatory; freshers are not eligible.
- No employment gaps exceeding six months will be considered.
- Candidates must be within 18 to 30 years of age.

Working Hours and Benefits
- Fixed day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Six weekly offs each month including four Sundays and two Saturdays.
- Salary package offers up to ₹450,000 annually based on interview performance.
- Additional incentives can reach up to ₹15,000 monthly.
