VIP Coordinator, Lucky North

The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is looking for a full-time VIP Coordinator to join the Mindil Beach Casino Resort team in Darwin. In this role, you will support the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms and help provide an excellent experience for gaming members and guests. The position suits someone who enjoys high standards, guest engagement, and working in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment.

What you will do

• Create and nurture strong working relationships with Lucky North VIP gaming members
• Take initiative to support guest needs and help resolve concerns
• Process cash handling tasks carefully and accurately
• Assist with hosting events as directed by the Lucky North VIP Managers
• Represent and promote the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms and its member offerings

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• A Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
• A Casino Operative’s Licence, or a willingness to apply for one
• Experience arranging payouts for winnings across different gaming platforms
• Strong guest service background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work on a 7-day roster, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
