Role Overview
The VIP Account Manager will be part of a skilled VIP team responsible for nurturing and managing high-value player relationships. This role involves strategic oversight and daily management of VIP accounts, providing quality personalized service with the utmost discretion. It is a key position embedded within the VIP CRM & Operations department, requiring strong judgment, excellent relationship management skills, and coordination across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular reports on performance and KPIs to the Director of VIP CRM & Operations and Senior VIP Account Manager.
- Escalate player queries and concerns promptly to appropriate senior staff within the VIP team.
- Manage VIP communications via platforms like Telegram and Intercom, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist senior team members in rolling out new VIP engagement processes.
- Coordinate and support new VIP campaign initiatives effectively.
- Undertake delegated projects, including policy documentation, onboarding shadowing, and delivering early-stage feedback to new recruits.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with VIP players, addressing their requests and issues confidentially and professionally.
- Monitor player activities and feedback to inform retention and engagement strategies.
Candidate Profile & Experience
- Proven track record in managing VIP or premium client accounts, preferably in online gaming, casino, or crypto sectors.
- Deep understanding of VIP service expectations and relationship-driven engagement.
- Excellent communication skills complemented by high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to utilize player data and behavior insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to work European time zones.
- Knowledge or experience with cryptocurrencies or crypto-enabled platforms is a valuable plus.
