About Creative X and Role Overview
Creative X is Meta's global agency dedicated to shaping the creative vision and perception of its brands worldwide. This team develops next-generation advertising, brand content, and immersive experiences for Meta's suite of products including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and hardware devices. The role seeks a seasoned audio/visual storyteller adept at working within a mobile-first environment who can also collaborate effectively across teams. It combines traditional video editing expertise with a technical understanding of AI-driven content creation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit social video and marketing content across Meta's Family of Apps.
- Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to generate superior static and video content.
- Create design and motion graphics elements such as titles, end cards, branding marks, and lower thirds.
- Develop and enforce editorial standards and style guides tailored for AI-produced content.
- Ensure punctual delivery of digital assets meeting expected creative quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with AI developers, domain experts, and marketing teams to enhance AI content outputs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI tools and incorporate them into workflows.
- Disseminate insights and lessons learned from projects among creative and production teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience editing marketing and social video content.
- Proficiency with Weavy, LTX Studio, Runway, and Adobe AI integrations.
- Expert user of Adobe Premiere; proficient in After Effects and Figma.
- Solid understanding of current standard audio/video formats and codecs.
- Experienced in digital content management systems and workflows for organizing and controlling content.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and refining imperfect AI-generated outputs.
- Ability to prioritize various projects effectively amid changing demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and achieve measurable benefits.
- Experience implementing ethical AI practices such as risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Continuous development of AI skills, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Experience managing brand voice and tone guidelines on a global scale.
- Background working in large-scale in-house creative agencies or integrated marketing teams within consumer tech or social media sectors.
- Hands-on experience incorporating AI into editorial and content production processes.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $122,000 to $175,000 annually, supplemented with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits details are made available separately.
