About the Role
LogiNext is seeking a proactive and skilled Enterprise Business Development leader to represent the organization at the highest level and foster lasting partnerships with leading global enterprises. This role involves engaging with senior executives to explain LogiNext's technology solutions and securing commercial agreements. The candidate will also be responsible for expanding business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive sales processes including generating and qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demonstrations, conducting account-based marketing, client site simulations, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue collection, and account receivables.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholder and executive sponsors.
- Continuously evaluate and clarify client requirements, converting these into enterprise contracts aligned to sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to analyze market trends, monitor competitor actions, and refine marketing strategies.
- Go above and beyond to ensure exceptional client experiences and contribute positively to LogiNext’s organizational culture with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in enterprise business development within technology companies.
- Willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time to service numerous client accounts across diverse locations, exhibiting passion, initiative, and a positive mindset.
- Proficient in system integrations, requirements gathering, statement of work (SOW) documentation, request for information/proposal (RFI/RFP) processes, commercial proposal development, and managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, advanced CRM usage, and familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools are advantageous.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and presentation skills suitable for meetings and training sessions.
- A confident and dynamic personality that fosters team morale and a sense of humor is considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational, judgment, decision-making skills, and a strong track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
