Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a Vehicle Onboarding Executive to join our team at a prominent ride-hailing company based on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. In this role, you will engage directly with auto drivers in the field, presenting the advantages of joining our platform and assisting them through the onboarding procedures.
Responsibilities
- Approach and recruit auto drivers for the ride-hailing service
- Communicate the platform’s benefits effectively to potential drivers
- Guide drivers through the complete joining and onboarding process
- Work primarily outdoors meeting drivers at various locations
Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade is preferred
- Strong communication abilities
- Comfortable and willing to conduct field work
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage
- Must possess a valid Aadhaar card
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000
