UX / UI Designer

About the Role

CodeDeskStudio is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to become part of our innovative creative team. This position involves crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital interfaces that provide outstanding user experiences. You will work in close partnership with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to transform original concepts into engaging designs. Your expertise in user-focused design and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in delivering smooth and engaging interactive experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with product managers and developers to grasp user needs and business objectives.
• Design intuitive and appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, detailed prototypes, and polished mockups utilizing industry-standard software.
• Perform user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and refine designs.
• Maintain design consistency and oversee design systems to ensure a unified brand experience.
• Coordinate closely with developers to guarantee precise execution of design elements.
• Keep up-to-date with the newest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
• Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies and usability standards.
• Experience in producing responsive designs for web and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills alongside the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and close attention to detail.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions focused on user needs.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel is beneficial.
• Experience conducting user research and usability assessments.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• A passionate attitude towards continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
