About the Role
Join UtiliQuest as a Utility Locator where you will be trained in safety procedures and techniques to detect underground utilities accurately. Collaborate with experienced locators using specialized tools to document and ensure safe and efficient construction site operations. UtiliQuest works nationwide to protect essential underground infrastructure through timely and precise locating services, using advanced technologies and skilled personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply utility locating techniques and safety standards.
- Gain knowledge of local utility networks and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Assist experienced locators in marking underground utility locations.
- Operate specialized equipment for utility detection.
- Record findings with the assistance of digital mapping technologies.
- Carry out assignments in diverse weather conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States for this employer.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent workplace experience.
- Valid non-provisional state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds, working with arms raised above shoulder height, bending, stooping, and operating vehicles and tools.
- Able to occasionally work in confined spaces, use portable ladders, and climb stairs.

- Hourly wage between $20.00 and $22.00.
