About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare precise and prompt quotations for USC and KE component repairs.
  • Ensure quotations adhere to agreed service level timelines and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements to quote turnaround and team performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive and professional communication.
  • Liaise with Procurement to obtain vendor pricing and expedite quotation processes.
  • Create repair quotations for components and workshop service cases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Reman Sales team to enhance quote approval speed and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internally to guarantee accuracy and completeness of quotations aligned with customer needs.
  • Assist customers during replacement component inspections and provide ongoing updates throughout the repair cycle.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production, or workshop operations.
  • Understanding of quality management principles and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Customer-oriented attitude capable of building effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable interacting at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with business systems.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, detail-oriented, and adept at managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in supporting employee performance and development is a plus.

Work Details

  • Location: Welshpool, Perth.
  • Roster: Five days on, two days off.
