Job Overview

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to manage comprehensive recruitment operations for US-based positions during the EST shift. The candidate will oversee the entire hiring process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality delivery and a positive candidate and client experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Work closely with Account Managers to comprehend recruitment needs and define precise job specifications.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social networks, and direct outreach.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments aligned with client requirements and maintain updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Submit shortlisted candidates and track the interview process, scheduling interviews and gathering feedback efficiently.
• Engage proactively with candidates to minimize drop-offs and facilitate smooth hiring closures.
• Consistently fulfill weekly candidate submission targets and generate detailed recruitment reports.
• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders to promote an outstanding candidate experience.

Working Hours and Location

The position operates on a US Shift aligned with Eastern Standard Time from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
