University Researcher (Remote)

Overview

This position seeks experienced language professionals to assist in training and assessing AI language models. It offers a flexible part-time contract arrangement that allows remote work from any location at times that suit you. Suitable candidates include those with professional experience in language fields such as writing, teaching, translation, tutoring, linguistics, or specialized language roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate AI-generated text assessing its accuracy, fluency, and overall quality
• Create concise prompts and original responses to support AI training
• Assess and rank AI-generated outputs using defined evaluation standards
• Offer detailed written feedback regarding language quality and usability

Qualifications

• Fluency in both your native language and English
• A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language studies, writing, or related disciplines
• Proven professional background working with language, including roles such as writing, teaching, translation, editing, annotation, or similar
• Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to adhere to specific evaluation instructions
• Additional expertise in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or assessing AI-generated content is advantageous
