What You Will Do

• Identify and recruit Life Insurance Advisors (agents) for the agency network.
• Coach, support, and inspire agents so they can build business consistently.
• Ensure the advisor team actively markets and sells life insurance policies.
• Work toward sales goals by leading the agency team effectively.
• Track team productivity and provide hands-on field support whenever needed.
• Develop and maintain lasting professional relationships with agents.

Who Can Apply

Pay and Benefits

The position is a fixed CTC, on-roll role with attractive incentives and commission ranging from 3% to 35%. The company also offers quarterly performance-linked hikes, achiever tours/trips, health insurance, group insurance, paid leave, a conveyance allowance of ₹24,000 per year, and a mobile recharge allowance of ₹750 per month.
