Job Overview

We invite MBA freshers to join as Trainee Project Managers to help execute online data collection projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage online data collection initiatives effectively.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients and internal teams throughout project phases.
• Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal departments to accomplish project goals.
• Ensure projects meet margin objectives and sampling requirements.
• Maintain client satisfaction to exceed established benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA or any other non-IT management degree.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Innovative and resourceful problem-solving capabilities.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Open availability for rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts.
• Initial in-hand salary of Rs. 18,000 per month for the first six months.
• Post confirmation, annual compensation of Rs. 5,00,000 CTC.
• Benefits after confirmation include leave entitlements, gratuity, and medical insurance coverage.
• Mandatory 1.6-year bond agreement for selected candidates.
