Programme Overview
The 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme is an intensive six-month development initiative tailored for soon-to-be or recent postgraduate graduates. This programme is designed to expedite your professional growth and prepare you for a substantive career at Susquehanna. It seamlessly blends structured learning, practical skill acquisition, and immersion in our trading activities. Starting immediately, you will engage with actual trading challenges that have significant impact, laying a solid groundwork for your future in financial services.
The programme involves four-week rotations across various desks within Trading Operations, including Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, Corporate Actions, and Settlements. Each rotation offers more than mere exposure; you will take ownership of meaningful tasks and contribute to projects that directly influence the trading business. Completion of the programme leads to a permanent desk role, where you will apply your accumulated experience and relationships to impact Susquehanna's performance from day one.
Role Responsibilities and Experience
As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will gain comprehensive experience in the entire trading lifecycle at Susquehanna, cultivating a deep understanding of the industry and operational environment. The role sits at the nexus of trading, technology, and external counterparties, requiring you to manage meaningful responsibilities, foster collaborative relationships across teams, and devise solutions that bolster our success. Each rotation integrates hands-on tasks, formal education, and live projects designed to add immediate value. This practical and technical immersion equips you to contribute significantly once you assume your permanent role.
