Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Dulux Stores team. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or you simply enjoy assisting others, we provide comprehensive training to help you excel. This full-time position entails rotating between our Glenfield and Mairangi Bay stores depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist both trade and DIY customers with genuine friendliness and care.
• Provide insightful advice and recommend products that meet customer requirements.
• Perform paint mixing and tinting duties with provided training.
• Manage sales transactions and maintain the store's appearance and organization.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for engaging with people and creating welcoming experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
• Physical capability to lift paint containers weighing up to 25 kilograms.
• A willingness to learn and advance, supported by our team every step of the way.
