Overview

The position of Territory Sales Officer operates within the UFS function, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager and is based in Delhi. This role focuses on specialty food sales targeting the HORECA channel, including hotels, restaurants, and caterers. The incumbent will engage daily with target customers such as chefs, purchase managers, and owners, manage the distributors within the assigned territory, and work to expand existing business following given guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the HORECA and corporate channel focusing on hotels, cafes, and restaurants to drive sales and business development for UFS products.
  • Identify new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and needs to design strategies supporting the company’s growth plans.
  • Maintain in-depth product and service knowledge to assist potential and existing clients effectively.
  • Achieve set sales targets and key performance indicators as agreed with senior management.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities to evaluate performance and strategy effectiveness.
  • Manage distributor-related tasks including stock control, billing, inventory management, hygiene, secondary sales, and return on investment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with emphasis on the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, corporates).
