Job Overview

We invite Dynamic Telugu-speaking candidates to join Paisabazaar’s telesales team based in Chennai, focused on promoting BFSI loan products through phone-based sales. Paisabazaar, a subsidiary of PB Fintech Group and a market leader in digital loans and credit platforms in India, seeks motivated professionals and freshers for a role that involves direct customer interaction and sales execution.

Primary Duties

• Engage potential and current customers to present appropriate loan offerings.
• Assess customer requirements to suggest customized loan products.
• Clearly communicate product features, eligibility norms, interest rates, and required documentation.
• Promptly follow up on leads and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Meet personal and group targets monthly and quarterly.
• Adhere strictly to corporate policies and lending regulations.
• Collaborate with management by reporting market insights, consumer demands, and competitive landscape updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent spoken and written Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills tailored to customer engagement over phone.
• Capability to manage customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Experience in call center or customer service settings is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Open to both fresh entrants and experienced individuals.
• Minimum educational requirement: Completion of 12th standard.
