Our technology allows guests at weddings to easily find their photos by facial recognition without needing an app or manual searching. As a compact and fast-paced team, we are focused on expanding our footprint in the photography market.

Role Overview

We seek an individual to lead our sales efforts, owning the entire selling process of our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with photographers who have signed up for free trials to understand their business requirements, present the product's features, and assist in their purchasing decisions.
• Conduct product demonstrations via live video calls and WhatsApp sessions.
• Proactively contact photographers unfamiliar with our services.
• Contribute to the development of a sales playbook to support onboarding of future salespeople.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in selling to small businesses or individual consumers, excluding enterprise sales.
• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi, with comfortable communication skills in English.
• Exhibits strong follow-up habits without requiring reminders.

Compensation and Work Culture

The position offers a fixed salary up to ₹25,000 per month plus a performance-based bonus that is transparently calculated and paid monthly based on set targets. Our company culture emphasizes honesty; there is no expectation to misrepresent the product, offer unjustified discounts, or conceal incentive calculations.
