Telesales Executive

About the Role

Achyuta Properties Private Limited is seeking a driven Telesales Executive to join their real estate sales team at their Badlapur office in Maharashtra. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to build a career in the real estate industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to introduce them to various real estate projects.
• Engage clients by understanding their requirements, describing property specifics, and persuading them to arrange site visits.
• Organize appointments and site visit schedules for the sales team.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential clients to facilitate deal closures.
• Keep detailed and updated records of all customer communications and inquiries.
• Strive to meet established monthly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
• Only female applicants are eligible.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
• Preferable fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English for effective client interaction.
• For male candidates, possession of two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving skills is preferred (though note that only female candidates can apply).
