Job Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads sourced from online platforms and our marketing team. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide detailed information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads from various online platforms and marketing efforts.
- Understand and assess client requirements to offer tailored product or service information.
- Conduct sales presentations over the phone or through virtual meetings.
- Address client objections skillfully and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities including quotations and purchase orders.
- Perform follow-ups to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain comprehensive MIS reports.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members and management to meet sales targets.
