Role summary
Adret Software Services Pvt Ltd is hiring energetic, goal-oriented Telecallers for a night-shift website campaign in Sector V, Kolkata. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and support for website development and digital service promotions.
Work details
Location: Kolkata, Sector V
Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Openings: 6
Experience required: 6 months to 8 years
Compensation: As per industry standards
Role overview
The company is seeking candidates with strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and hands-on experience in outbound calling and lead generation. Familiarity with email marketing and customer follow-up is also important for this position.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers by phone and create qualified leads.
- Present website development and digital service offerings to prospects.
- Capture client needs and arrange appointments or consultations.
- Keep customer information and call logs accurate and up to date.
- Maintain contact with leads through phone calls and emails.
- Support email marketing efforts and handle incoming customer questions.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Develop and preserve strong, positive relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal ability.
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.
- Basic understanding of email marketing practices.
- Comfort with drafting emails and following up professionally.
- Ability to operate effectively in a night-shift schedule.
- Working knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- English fluency is required; regional language skills are a plus.
Preferred background
Experience in website sales, digital marketing, IT services, or international campaigns will be an added advantage. Both graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
