Explicit Cars is a reputable multi-brand pre-owned car dealership located opposite Acropolis Mall, Southend Conclave Building, Kasba, Kolkata. We are seeking a female telecaller to join our team.

Role Responsibilities

• Following up on buyer leads through calls, WhatsApp messages, and interactions via the dealer mobile application.
• Keeping accurate records related to car documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales roles.
• Good communication skills to engage potential customers effectively.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.

Job Details and Benefits

• Working hours: 7 hours daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and 30-minute tea break.
• Four days off per month.
• Base salary of ₹14,000 per month.
• Incentives offered for each client visit, with an expected daily earning of ₹200-250 for 4-5 visits, potentially totaling ₹5,000 monthly.
• Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
• Monthly allowance to cover postpaid phone bills.
• Annual total compensation package ranges between ₹182,000 to ₹240,000 during the first year.
