Tele Collection Executive

Overview

Tnt Business Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Tele Collection Executive to join their NBFC/FinTech team in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with customers over calls and other communication platforms to recover overdue loan payments, aiming to reduce portfolio delinquency and enhance recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls and other authorized communication methods to contact customers for recovery of pending payments.
• Consistently follow up with delinquent borrowers to optimize recovery rates and minimize defaults.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and secure commitments to payment plans from customers.
• Provide guidance to customers regarding available payment options and motivate timely settlement of dues.
• Manage customer inquiries, disputes, and escalations professionally while preserving a positive customer relationship.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should have from 6 months up to 2 years of experience in Collections, Tele-Collections, Recovery, or Customer Service roles primarily in NBFCs, banks, FinTech firms, or BPOs.
• Preferred experience involves handling unsecured loan collections and managing delinquent accounts effectively.
• Applicants who have completed HSC/12th standard with relevant collections experience will also be considered.

Interview Process

• The selection procedure includes a first virtual interview round followed by a second face-to-face interview session.
