Position Overview

We seek a seasoned Technology Analyst who is adept in the end-to-end technology processes involving design, build, and delivery support within agile team environments. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technology solutions and collaborate closely with global teams amidst a dynamic tech landscape, fostering strong partnerships with peer architects and stakeholders to support project delivery at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technology design, development, and delivery support for enterprise applications onsite.
• Operate effectively within agile teams driving transformation projects.
• Engage with global teams to adapt within an evolving technical environment and proactively navigate unstructured workflows.
• Collaborate with client-side architects on platform-engineering topics such as application performance enhancement, business continuity designs, and high-availability solutions.
• Interpret and translate business requirements into technology solutions adding measurable value.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT services with at least 4 years focusing on banking product integration across diverse system landscapes.
• At least 3 years dedicated to technical activities including customization, data migration, release management, and non-functional requirements like performance and stability.
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, GitHub, and DevOps/release management platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture using middleware like RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis, and Oracle Database or equivalents.
• Understanding and implementation experience of deployment strategies including Blue-Green, Canary deployments, and service mesh for containerized applications.

• Meticulous attention to detail paired with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working within Real Time Payments modules is advantageous.
