Qualifications and Experience

• Between one to three years of relevant experience in technical support roles.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve user problems efficiently.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical insight coupled with solid decision-making abilities.
• Skillful in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with web applications and Android device operations.
