About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering to support various locations including Junagadh, Jamnagar, Porbandar, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bharuch, Valsad, Godhra, Dahod, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mandvi (Kutchh), and Baroda. This position involves traveling within allocated districts and taluka areas including rural centers to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits across assigned districts and taluka areas, including rural zones.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders through regular visits and tracking activities.
- Provide on-site services such as guidance, testing, and product demonstrations.
- Respond promptly to technical queries raised by customers.
- Manage and update comprehensive databases of customers, contractors, and site information.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Additional Information
This role involves extensive travel within rural and urban areas for client engagement and technical support.
