Technical Sales & Strategic Brand Manager

About the Role

We seek a seasoned, commercially minded professional with solid telecom and ISP industry background to fulfill a hands-on senior position at Scott Mobile. This role combines leadership in technical sales with strategic oversight of brand and market growth. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to expanding our customer base, strengthening partnerships, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive telecommunications marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales and branding initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Lead detailed technical sales engagements with business and enterprise clients.
• Engage proactively with customers, resellers, and key partners to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong, enduring client and partnership relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing strategies and customer acquisition efforts.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights to optimize market strategies.
• Support revenue expansion across mobile, broadband, and ISP service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or at least three years of relevant industry experience.
• Established experience in the telecommunications or ISP sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical sales processes, telecommunications products, and service delivery.
• Proven skills in client management and business development.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $105,000 to $123,000 NZD.
