Role Overview

We are seeking a female Technical Coordinator with a strong foundation in civil and interior construction to manage technical and project-related tasks from our office. This role involves active collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Examine technical drawings, measurements, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and project requirements carefully.
Coordinate communication and activities among clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and on-site supervisors effectively.
Track project timelines and follow up on materials procurement, production processes, delivery, and installation milestones.
Support both sales and execution teams with necessary technical guidance.
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records related to site activities.
Address technical discussions and resolve routine issues arising at the site.
Conduct site visits as needed for accurate measurements, inspections, coordination, and overseeing work progress.
Ensure all work complies with the approved technical drawings and specifications.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or closely related disciplines.
Strong technical knowledge of civil and interior works with prior experience in site management and project coordination.
Skilled at interpreting technical drawings and performing site measurements.
Excellent communication and coordination capabilities, along with proficient computer skills.
Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Highly responsible, well-organized, and able to independently manage and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Information

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 24,001.
