Technical Application Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. This entry-level role involves delivering clinical and technical assistance during orthopedic surgeries using robotic technology. The specialist will play a key role in supporting surgeons, facilitating trainings, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to enhance the overall surgical process and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support during robotic-assisted orthopedic surgeries
• Assist surgeons and operating theatre staff throughout procedures
• Conduct training sessions for surgeons, OT personnel, and distributors on orthopedic devices and surgical methods
• Support product demonstrations, testing, and new launches
• Organize workshops, cadaver labs, and clinical education programs
• Collect customer feedback to aid ongoing product enhancements
• Maintain detailed documentation of surgical cases and field activities

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with a positive approach, ready to work in clinical settings
• Prepared for extensive travel and to function effectively within operating theatre environments
• Internship or project experience in medical devices, robotics, or orthopedics is preferred
