About the Role
Ampol, a leading convenience retail brand in Australia, focuses on making customers' visits enjoyable and efficient, whether they're refueling or picking up essentials. As a Retail Team Member at Ampol's Wonthella location, you will contribute significantly to maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming store environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations by applying your retail knowledge and experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain high safety and accuracy standards through strong attention to detail.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Competency in operating POS systems and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work a full 7-day roster with essential weekend and overnight shifts.
