About the Role
Join Seamex, the Aditya Birla Group's dedicated HR shared services center, as a Team Member in Total Rewards & Compensation Benchmarking based in Navi Mumbai at Reliable Tech Park, Airoli. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing a unique opportunity to influence the global pay strategy for one of the world's premier conglomerates.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and engage in leading salary surveys to create compensation bands that accurately reflect the market trends both globally and locally.
- Carry out periodic internal equity assessments to support frameworks ensuring fair pay for equivalent work across all business units.
- Design intricate compensation structures for executives, including base salaries and incentive programs such as Short-Term and Long-Term Incentives.
- Develop sophisticated financial forecasting models to estimate the effects of salary increments, bonus payouts, and stock grant allocations.
- Maintain rigorous governance by implementing detailed audit processes, managing real-time return on investment dashboards, and adhering to global standards on pay transparency.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM or Bachelor’s degrees in engineering (B.Tech/BE); professional certifications like CCP are strongly favored.
- Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel with capabilities including complex data modeling, use of Vlookups, and PivotTables.
- Professional Experience: Between 1 and 5 years in roles related to compensation management, benefits administration, and understanding of global job structure frameworks.
